Student Registration Eligibility:
If you are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or professional school (e.g. medicine, nursing, public health), you may register for the conference at the student rate. Other trainees (e.g. medical fellows, residents, and chaplain interns) should register at the "Trainee in Professionals Training Program" rate

Cancellation policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by February 25, 2022, 5:00 pm. A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after March 4, 2022. Any refunds will be processed after the conference. HEC reserves the right to substitute faculty or cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

Emory Nursing Professional Development Center
Emory Nursing Professional Development Center (ENPDC) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Attendees to this NCPD activity will be awarded contact hours by the ENPDC.
• To obtain contact hours, participants must attend and participate in the activity as well as complete the evaluation at the end.
• Certificates will be distributed at the end of this activity.
• ENPDC has evaluated everyone who has the ability to control content of this activity (planning committee members, subject matter experts, presenters) and found they have no conflict of interest.

13.25 Nursing Continuing Education credit hours have been applied for.


The Georgia Society for Clinical Social Work
This program has been approved by The Georgia Society for Clinical Social Work (GSCSW) for a total of 8 ethics and 5.25 core hours for social work licensing purposes.
Day One: 3.25 Ethics hours, 3.75 Core hours and Day Two: 4.75 Ethics hours, 1.5 Core hours.
