Registration for IN-PERSON participation must be received by Friday, March 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. VIRTUAL participants must register by Tuesday, March 12 at 5:00 PM EST.
Student Registration Eligibility:
If you are enrolled full time in an undergraduate or professional school (e.g. medicine, nursing, public health), you may register for the conference at the student rate. Other trainees (e.g. medical fellows, residents, and chaplain interns) should register at the "Trainee in Professionals Training Program" rate.
Cancellation policy:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by March 1, 2024, 5:00 pm EST. A $50 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after March 1, 2024. Any refunds will be processed after the conference. HEC reserves the right to substitute faculty or cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
